We talk a lot about the importance of good attendance here at Coombe so we were thrilled to see we had been awarded not one but two attendance awards for the Autumn Term. The first award puts CBS in the top 10% of schools nationally. #AttendanceMatters

Thank you to the @goetheinstitut_london for hosting us for a fantastic Culture Day in South Kensington! Our year 10 students enjoyed an inspiring talk about studying and careers in Germany, a competitive interactive quiz in German in the beautiful on-site library, a thought-provoking workshop about graffiti as an art form and a private German film screening. This morning Year 8 Book Club met to have their "Blind Date With A Book" session. Judging a book by it's cover is something we are all guilty of. We will discuss this at our next meeting after we have read our mystery story. #CBSLibrary #BlindDateWithABook #CBSBookClub
