What an amazing night of Performing Arts talent we saw at tonight’s Inter-House Performing Arts Competition. We’ll share the results over the coming days but for now here’s a sneak peek of what went on tonight! Here’s our small group Musical Theatre teams in action! 🎭🎶 @cbsperformingarts
#BOTW⠀ KS3: Rebel Skies - @annseilin1 ⠀ A beautifully written and pacy teen fantasy adventure, set in a world of flying ships, sky cities and powerful paper spirits. Inspired by Asian cultures and exploring themes of empire, slavery and freedom.⠀ KS4: Hyo the Hellmaker - @minaikemoto119 ⠀ Hyo Hakai is a hellmaker. But when a curse destroys her village, she and her brother are forced to flee to the island of Onogoro - a place where Gods live among humans. This book is beautifully illustrated by Japanese inspired artwork.

Tonight’s the night! The CBS PFAQuiz night is in full swing! A fantastic crowd having a great night.
We talk a lot about the importance of good attendance here at Coombe so we were thrilled to see we had been awarded not one but two attendance awards for the Autumn Term. The first award puts CBS in the top 10% of schools nationally. #AttendanceMatters
