Today, the 80th anniversary of #VEDay, we are proud to celebrate two of our most honoured alumni, Squadron Leader Ian Willoughby Bazalgette and Flight Officer Cyril Barton. Both were posthumously awarded the Victoria Cross, the highest and most prestigious award for gallantry in the face of the enemy. As well as celebrating their courage, we also remember their sacrifice.⠀
